Healthcare providers within the NowServing platform run their own private practices. NowServing does not employ the providers. Therefore, all refund requests are relayed to the healthcare provider for their response.

Lastly, we only have visibility for payments made within the system. If you made a direct payment to the healthcare provider, please reach out to him/her directly.
